Vero Cycling Member Code of Conduct Vero Cycling has adopted this Code of Conduct to promote safe cycling, courtesy and good sportsmanship amongst its members. The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to describe the type of behavior which Vero Cycling is seeking to promote and encourage its members and supporters to adopt. As a current member of Vero Cycling, each member affirms acceptance of this Code. Upon new membership enrollment and renewal, the member further agrees to and accepts the terms of the Code. Failure to maintain this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or revocation of membership at the sole discretion of the duly elected Board of Directors. Members, both current and new, who do not accept the Code shall have their membership revoked or denied. The key principles of the Code of Conduct include:

Members who experience or witness inappropriate or unacceptable activity as outlined above are encouraged to promptly report the issue to the ride leader or any current board member. The ride leader or board member shall create a report with a description of the incident(s), names of the individuals involved, names of witnesses; and relevant dates, times, and locations. The written reports shall be sent to the club secretary for formal recording, adjudication, and action as determined by the board. |
