Dear Members,
We are offering a helmet fitting certification class on April 1, 2019 at the Brackett Library conference room from 9:00 to 11:00 am. The class will be taught by IRCFD Chief Cory Richter and since this is a popular class we have to limit the number of people to 11 members as the room is rather small. Last class was SRO!
Why take the 75 minute session? You will learn how to properly fit your helmet for yourself and others and learn how to properly inspect your helmet for cracks and defects. More importantly, you will have the opportunity to "give back" to our sport by fitting helmets for the kids and adults who receive our donated bikes and helmets. Last week Bike/Walk donated 25 bikes and helmets to the kids at the Gifford Youth Achievement Center.
So please sign up for and attend this valuable class and remember to BRING YOUR HELMET!
